Classroom Shutterfly Picture Sharing Website

I have made a Shutterfly website for our wonderful Kindergarten classroom. This is an invite only sharing site, which means that I have to enter your email address and send you an invite personally to be able to view the content on the page. If you have not given me your email address yet and would like to be adding to this list, I can do that for you. If for any reason you are having problems viewing this website, please let me know.

I truly enjoyed meeting all your precious little ones this week. I hope that you and your child like seeing all the pictures of their classmates and families.

Here is a link to my Shutterfly sharing site  Shutterfly
Remember this website's content is only visible to those who are on the invite only list.

...and the journey begins :)

Symbaloo - Online Learning Technology I Use In My Classroom

Symbaloo is a personal startpage that allows you to easily navigate the web and compile your favorite site all in to one visual interface. Save your bookmarks in the cloud and access them from anywhere with any device.

I use it in my classroom to make the websites that we use for learning easily accessible to them.

Here is a quick tutorial about all the ways that you can use Symbaloo:

I also wanted our classroom Webmix available to you so that your child may visit the websites on their own at home as well. Most of these websites are free websites that anyone may use. However, there are a few that will ask for passwords that we only use in the classroom. You can find our classroom Symbaloo below. Have fun exploring and learning with your child.

MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) - Math Practice Websites

My school uses MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) to assess student progress throughout the year. I have compiled a list of useful information and websites that may aid parents in preparing their child for these assessments. Since I am currently teaching Math Intervention to 3rd grade students, the information that I have provided is geared to be most helpful to that age group and subject.
